Hey, I'm Paul.  

 

3 years ago I started to change something in my life. 

When I was 15, an 18-month, incurable knee injury shattered my dream of becoming a professional handball player.

However, that tragic event was the stepping stone to my passion today as I dedicated myself to the fitness world from then on.

From push-ups and pull-ups next to the handball field to intensive gym sessions. For 2 years now I have been putting the full focus on bodybuilding and nutrition.

Today I reach more than 300,000 people via social media and can proudly say that I motivate hundreds of people every day to do sports. For a year I have been successfully running my online coaching, where I help people to eliminate their pain points and accompany them to a new attitude towards life.
